Any additional items shipped inside the vehicle are not covered by the carrier's insurance. It is always advisable to have your own insurance active during your shipment as well.
No, you can designate anyone to be there for pick up or delivery, whether a friend, family member, coworker, or dealership representative.
This is the contact person, and they will be responsible for completing a full inspection of the vehicle and signing paperwork allowing the driver to pick up/deliver the vehicle.

When your vehicle is assigned to the carrier, you will be provided with a pick-up and delivery date. The specific time of day will be arranged between the client and the transporter to ensure easy scheduling.
Guaranteed days and times of delivery can be complicated when dealing with cross-country shipments when dealing with everything from traffic to inclement weather. Our biggest concern is getting your car to you safe and secure.
Your projected delivery time will reflect the time it takes to get your car to you safely.

We provide transportation services to all of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Our carriers also have proper credentials for all US port pick up and deliveries.
Shipping directly from the pick-up address to the delivery address means having the truck get as physically close to the front door of your home or business as possible.
Enclosed transports provide a hard-sided, fully protected transport truck designed specifically for high-end cars, classic vehicles, and cars that have been lowered or have a custom paint job.
Your vehicle will be fully protected from the elements and flying debris while on its way to its new location.
As a courtesy, you can transport 100 pounds of additional weight inside the vehicle for free if it meets the restrictions listed in the terms and conditions.
Any items that exceed the 100 pound grace limit may be subject to additional costs that will be determined by the carrier at pick up.
You will have the option to approve the additional weight costs or to remove items from your vehicle to keep the shipment cost as quoted.
Hawaii and Alaska have different weight restrictions depending on the vehicle type, time of year, and shipment location.
