Terms of Use & Transportation Agreement
Transportation Services
Pick-up and Delivery
- We provide door-to-door service when possible. Inaccessible locations due to narrow roads, low-hanging wires, or zoning restrictions may require an alternate meeting point.
- The client must verify the carrier’s identity at pickup and release the vehicle ONLY to the carrier dispatched by 365 Car Transport.
Date Estimates & Delays
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
- Neither 365 Car Transport nor the Carrier is liable for costs from delays (e.g., rental cars or accommodations).
Vehicle Specifications & Additional Charges
- Modified or inoperable vehicles may require extra fees.
- The client must inform 365 Car Transport at booking of such details.
- Undisclosed issues will result in immediate additional charges payable to the Carrier.
Luggage & Personal Items
- Limit: 100 lbs, stored in trunk or below the window line in backseat
- Prohibited: Weapons, explosives, illegal substances, live animals, plants, or high-value items
- Carrier and Company are not responsible for personal items or related damages
Vehicle Damage & Insurance
Carrier’s Responsibility
- Carrier holds cargo insurance and is solely responsible for any transport-related damage
- The client is encouraged to maintain personal auto insurance
Claims & Liabilities
- 365 Car Transport is not involved in damage claims and holds no liability for carrier actions
- Claims must be submitted directly to the Carrier based on the Bill of Lading
- Clients agree to hold 365 Car Transport harmless from all claims, losses, or damages incurred by the Carrier
Payments & Cancellations
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due at vehicle delivery via cash, cashier’s check, or money order
- Rates are fixed after dispatch, assuming accurate vehicle info
Delivery Notice
- Clients will receive a 4-hour prior delivery notification
- Failure to be present may result in storage fees
Cancellations
- Free cancellation prior to Carrier dispatch
- After dispatch, the booking fee is non-refundable
- If a competitor reposts the order within 14 business days after cancellation, the booking fee remains non-refundable
Legal & Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida
- Jurisdiction and venue are exclusive to Palm Beach County, Florida
